Pender Veterinary Centre became an M3TC client in January of 2010 and has a staff of approximately 100 doctors and support staff with two office locations. M3TC was brought on board initially to re-architect their 10 aging servers that were performing poorly, routinely crashing and causing regular downtime for the staff. During the first three months, M3TC implemented a three server architecture, using virtualization and high availability, consolidating their 10 aging servers. Overall performance was greatly improved, downtime was minimized to scheduled maintenance only and the overall perspective of IT was positively altered. Pender Vet was so confident in our abilities that they included us in their new roll out of the medical practice software and allowed us to attend training and work with the software provider directly.
