Scott Long Construction started with us in June of 2013. They have a staff of approximately 45 people in their Chantilly, VA office with another 35 people working remotely on job sites. M3TC was brought on to provide ongoing IT support for their staff both in-house and remotely. The previous IT Company was having difficulty resolving several IT issues, completing tasks efficiently and were addressing issues inconsistently with multiple technicians. M3TC performed an initial assessment, attacked the initial IT problem list and smoothed over most items within the first 30 days. The perspective of IT has completely changed with staff knowing they can easily reach their dedicated technician via email or phone and will receive a quick and efficient follow up on their issue. Feedback from Scott Long has been extremely positive with all staff incredibly happy with M3TC and our efficiency in fixing and troubleshooting problems.
