All too often principals only receive feedback when issues arise, I wanted to email you express how fortunate SLC is to have Ron as our IT lead. In my decades of professional experience, I’ve had the opportunity to work with my IT professionals, both in-house and on a contracted basis.
I can’t tell you how fortunate I consider SLC is to have Ron as our IT partner. It’s non-existent to have IT willing to dive into issues with applications; my experience is IT’s support typically stops at the hardware/IT infrastructure level. Ron has been a critical point of contact since I’ve joined SLC and contributed an immense amount of business intelligence for me as Controller.
Ron is a consummate professional and an integral part of the success in the cleanup here at SLC.
