Joseph Migliozzi founded M3 Technology Consultants in 2003. A well-respected industry veteran with over twenty-five years of knowledge and experience in engineering and information technology, Joe is the President of M3TC, overseeing more than 30 employees. As a professional engineer, Joe received his Bachelor of Science in engineering from Manhattan College and his Master of Science in engineering from Virginia Tech. As a Virginia Registered Professional Engineer, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, and Registered Practitioner Advanced in CMMC, Joe is well-versed in all IT support areas and the challenges that today's small business owners face. A dedicated father and husband, Joe values forming long-term relationships with his clients, colleagues, and community. Employee and client retention are paramount to Joe as a business leader. As a result, he promotes an entrepreneurial work environment with a great emphasis on customer service. Through empowering great employees and ethical business practices, M3TC has experienced successful growth. The company continues growing because of Joe's desire to promote unparalleled technology support in the Northern Virginia and DC Metro regions. Joe's community involvement includes the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Sweet Julia Grace Foundation, and Centreville United Methodist Church.

Sharon Vielbig is a dynamic business leader responsible for the daily operations of M3TC. Drawing from her extensive management experience, she provides the necessary support to ensure that M3TC has the proper operational controls in place, while promoting an employee friendly environment and successful client experience. Sharon started with M3TC in July of 2011, and serves as a leader through her respectful, constructive, and energetic style, promoting a positive growth-oriented environment that supports the President, employees and clients. When Sharon is not working, she enjoys spending time on her boat, teaching fitness classes and hanging out with family and friends.

Seth Fowler was born in Oak Hill, Virginia and has lived in the DMV for his entire life, except for his time at Clemson. Seth has been married to a saint of a wife for over 10 years; they have 2 children who manage to take up all their free time. He was hired by M3 Technology Consultants in July of 2009 and has seen the company grow from 3 employees to over 20. Seth is a Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist, VMWare trained, and ITIL certified. He has performed IT Services for over 20 years. He has performed many different roles while working at M3TC. Seth's current role is managing all consulting services; focusing on client retention and employee satisfaction.

Benny Sayasithsena has been with M3TC since August of 2011. He has served different roles during this time, currently the Director of Business Development. His primary focus is working with new and existing small to medium businesses giving direction to the support they need and connecting them with the right resources. Benny enjoys the outdoors, fishing, and volunteering in the community outside of the office. Benny is a graduate of Leadership Fairfax Institute, class of 2019, serving as an LFI advisor to the incoming classes.

Stephen Ward started with M3 Technology Consultants in 2011. Stephen received his BS in Administration of Justice with a concentration in IT and started his career in computer forensics in 2008. An industry expert with over 10 years' of experience in IT and management. Stephen is well-versed in the business and security needs of his clients. Stephen served as a leader and managed a team of 16 consultants working his way up to the executive level of Chief Technology Officer (CTO). After working as CTO and overseeing the consulting staff in the Virginia office, Stephen is now overseeing a branch office in the Denver/Boulder metro.
